Natural Area Preservation (NAP) Stewardship Workday
Join NAP and neighbors to remove non-native shrubs from Sunset Brooks Park in Sunset Brooks Nature Area, Sunday, Nov. 17, Sunset Brooks Nature Area, 9 a.m.-noon. Spend the morning outside, meet new people and preserve biodiversity. Meet at the park entrance on Sunset Road, at the end of Brooks St. Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. All participants must complete a release form, and all minors should be accompanied by a guardian. Tools, snacks and know-how provided.

Closed due to the weather
Currently, both Huron Hills (HH) and Leslie Park (LP) golf courses are closed. LP is closed for the season. HH could possibly reopen if the weather permits. However, you can cross country ski and sled on the properties. We will post an update if golfers can resume playing at HH this season. Thank you for understanding.

Shop local for all your holiday needs!
The Ann Arbor Farmers Market has a bounty of pumpkins, wreaths, holiday centerpieces, hot coffee, cider, fall veggies, honey, eggs, sourdough bread and more. Wednesdays in November and December are customer appreciation days. Every vendor will offer a special on Wednesdays only, so come shop around for good deals. Wednesday market continues until Christmas, and Saturday is open year-round. Free customer parking in the farmers market lot all winter long. 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays. 315 Detroit St.
