Fall 2020 Candidate Forums begin tonight (Sept. 28) on CTN

The importance of holding public candidate forums prior to Michigan’s election on Tuesday, November 3 has not changed. But the way they’re presented to voters is different this year. The League of Women Voters – Ann Arbor Area (LWVAAA) are moderating forums for local races that will be on the November 3 ballot.

Forums schedule on CTN Channel 16 are as follows:

  • Washtenaw County Clerk, Monday, Monday September 28 at 7pm
  • State Representatives, Districts 55, Monday September 28 at 7:35pm
  • State Representatives, Districts 52, Monday September 28 at 8:30pm
  • Washtenaw County Treasurer, Monday September at 9:05pm
  • State Representative, Districts 53 & 54, Thursday, October 1 at 8pm

Additional forums will include:

  • County Board of Commissioners Districts 1-9
  • Ann Arbor School Board
  • Ann Arbor Library Board
  • U.S. House of Representatives District 12
  • 14B District Court
  • 22nd Circuit Court

All will be added to CTN Channel 16’s schedule and YouTube as they are completed.
