Let’s celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion and compassion at the Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County Diversity Day in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The event, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 20, will feature activity stations and hands-on experiences designed to energize elementary school aged children to celebrate and explore the ways in which we’re all different and the same.
The day will close with a special multicultural performance by The University of Michigan Irish Dance Team & Indian American Student Association, along with a short film about MLK.
The event will be held at the JCC of Greater Ann Arbor (2245 S. State Street, Suite 200, Ann Arbor). For any questions, please contact Jacob at (734) 769-0209 ext. 363
